Adjacent to Excelsior Styles is the United States Billiard Salon and Morrissey's Club House. Here is our billiard table, dart board, and several card tables, allowing people to enjoy a game of bridge, pinochle, or one of the many board games stocked for the use of residents. If you already have an established bridge group, you may wish to reserve the room for an evening - refreshments may also be arranged.

Located on the second floor is our largest function room, known as Congress Hall. This room houses a stereo theater system where movie offerings are shown and residents may enjoy a bit of popcorn, and a lot of companionship. This is our main function room where we hold classes such as low-impact aerobics, strength aerobics, and Tai Chi...all free of charge to the residents. Congress Hall has hosted many community activities including a Baroque Music Festival, a Resident Artisan Exhibition, a Travers Party, a Hawaiian Luau, and an Oktoberfest. Our full-time Director of Activities develops an active, stimulating and interesting monthly calendar of events and excursions, both on- and off-site. The opportunity is available for residents to rediscover old interests, try something they've never done before, meet new people and develop new friendships.

Adjacent to Congress Hall is our Creative Arts Center. Guest artists and crafters teach classes in watercolor, basket weaving, jewelry making and pencil sketching. Final art projects may be proudly displayed on the second level walkway...otherwise known as the resident "Wall of Fame".

Our fitness center, known as Dr. Bedortha's Health Spa, offers a variety of exercise equipment. Each piece of fitness equipment was selected based on the recommendations and interests of our current residents.

Prestwick Chase is situated on 128 acres, offering a very beautiful panoramic view and relaxing country setting. Just the perfect spot to enjoy cross country skiing, a daily walk or bike ride, or simply to view the wildlife and great outdoors. Prestwick Chase is just moments away from downtown Saratoga Springs...so convenient to shopping and the endless variety of entertainment and history that Saratoga Springs has to offer.

Prestwick Chase offers 24 hour security. All traffic coming in and out of the community is monitored for your safety.

Other amenities and services provided by the community are bi-monthly housekeeping, community maintenance and landscaping, trash removal and scheduled transportation to local shopping and worship services. Personal transportation for physician visits may also be arranged.
