Suites

Prestwick Chase has five different floor plans for the luxury suite apartments, everything from a studio apartment, one bedroom/one bath, two bedroom/one bath, and two bedroom/two bath units. All the suites are connected to Excelsior Commons Community Center, so you never have to go outside in inclement weather. Your utilities, with the exception of cable TV and telephone, are included in your monthly service fee. The suites are equipped with all appliances including dishwasher, self-cleaning oven, refrigerator, and washer and dryer. Each suite has its own private balcony or patio where you may sit and enjoy our scenic surroundings.

Cottages
On July 1, 1999, Prestwick Chase opened the first phase of the Prestwick Chase independent duplexes, which we refer to as cottage living. All the cottages have two bedrooms/two baths and include a garage. Some floor plans feature a loft that may be used for an additional bedroom, office or storage area.

The cottages are equipped with all appliances including dishwasher, self-cleaning oven, refrigerator, washer and dryer, and garage door opener. Utilities are not included in the monthly fee for the cottages.
