Prestwick Chase offers five floor plans for apartments. From the cozy studio to the one and two bedroom models, all are connected to our Excelsior Commons Community Center, so you never have to go outside in inclement weather.

Cottages
Prestwick Chase has 12 cottages, nestled in the scenic foothills of the Adirondacks, just a few minutes drive to downtown Saratoga Springs, the Saratoga Racecourse, and Saratoga Racino. Great for active independents 55+ in the Capital Region, New York, looking for the best hospitality in the area!
Situated a short distance from the amenities in the Excelsior Commons Community Center, you’ll have access to our full range of amenities, plus 24 hour security & emergency call system.
Guest Suites
We have two guest suites available if you need additional space for visitors from out of town. The children, grandchildren, other family members and friends of our senior residents enjoy renting our guest suites for special occasions or overnight visits to Saratoga Springs from out of town. Floor Plans
We have five different floor plans for our luxury suite apartments. Everything from a studio apartment, one bedroom/one bath, two bedroom/one bath, and two bedroom/two bath units. In addition, we offer countryside senior cottages on 120 scenic acres, just a short distance from the amenities at our Excelsior Commons Community Center. Each of our apartment suites and cottages is named after a grand hotel from Saratoga Spring’s historic past.
All apartment rents include utilities, some meals and some housekeeping. You decide how much pampering you want each month!
