More On Keeping Resolutions

As I mentioned previously, Prestwick Chase residents are making the typical New Year’s Resolutions that include getting in better shape.

Exercise classes are held weekdays and exercise equipment is available 24 hours a day seven days a week.

Cutting down on calories is, of course, the other half of reducing the waistline. There’s the problem, according to residents who tell me the meals are just too hard to resist.

January’s menu, prepared by former Maestro’s Restaurant owner John LaPosta, includes freshly made appetizers, soups, entrees and desserts.

A quick peek at today’s offerings includes, Lamb Lollipops, Seafood Risotto, Pork Osso Bucco and Vegetable Lasagna.

Lighter fare is available with Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad, Wedge Shrimp Salad and Fresh Fruit Cup…but really? How strong can you be when lamb, pork and lasagna are coming out of the kitchen?

I think those exercise options may be our only hope!!!!
