Residents of Prestwick, despite the gloomy weather, gathered for a traditional cook out on the patio, with live music. Residents helped line the boulevard to Prestwick, with American flags. Always the community recognizes that the day is more then just a picnic. It is a time to remember all those who did not come home from war and gave the supreme act of sacrifice.
