Pizza Anyone?

Three summers ago, a couple of guys in the maintenance department started to build what began to look like a stone igloo with a chimney. It was actually a wood fired pizza oven.
Since then we have enjoyed delicious homemade pizzas in no time flat. (Well, once the wood is brought to hot embers it takes no time to bake.)
The oven is now a fixture just off our patio dining area. Tuesday and Wednesday nights through the summer, pizza is on the menu.
It’s become a highlight for our residents and their guests to sit on the patio and have a cold beverage and a personal pizza straight from the oven.
