The Albany area made history with three presidential hopefuls all visiting the region. Donald Trump, Bernie Sanders, and Gov. John Kasich of Ohio, visited the region to lay out their separate visions on how they would govern the nation as President. Gov. Kasich of Ohio held a town hall meeting in Saratoga Springs. Residents of Prestwick Chase attended the gathering and listened to Kasich describe his policies. The event was hosted by the well known T.V. personality, Sean Hannity of Fox News. Governor Kasich fielded questions from the audience on economic policies, international matters, and his views on social issues. The crowd was large and filled the town hall venue.
